She brings more than 15 years of specialized experience serving high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, and closely held business owners. She guides clients through both compliance and strategic planning with thoughtful clarity, integrating sophisticated technical strategies with an understanding of personal and family objectives.
Connie’s practice covers income tax planning, complex estate, gift, and trust strategies, wealth transfer planning, fiduciary taxation, and equity-based compensation. She frequently advises technology executives with intricate equity packages, founders preparing for liquidity events, venture capital investors, and families with advanced generational planning needs. Her approach emphasizes foresight, coordination across advisors, and technical precision so clients are positioned for long-term success.
Connie is known for bringing both strategic judgement and operational rigor to every engagement. She helps clients navigate multi-disciplinary challenges, from estate transitions to cross-generational governance by anticipating issues before they become urgent and aligning tax, investment, and personal goals into a cohesive plan.
Before starting Legacy Advisory Services, Connie built deep expertise at top advisory firms. She led Armanino’s Northern California Estate, Gift, and Trust practice, shaping firmwide policy, technical research, and innovation in complex private client planning. She also co-led Armanino’s Northern California Private Client Advisors group. Earlier in her career, Connie served affluent families and business leaders at Andersen Tax, PwC, and Seiler LLP, building a reputation for client-centered guidance backed by deep technical mastery.
Connie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the AICPA and CalCPA, and serves on the board of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council.
